Login to your Userlove account.
Navigate to the Survey section by selecting Survey option from the sidebar.
Click on "Create New Survey" button.
(You'll see two option as a survey type in Build Survey Modal. One is "Web-App survey" and another is "Sharable link". Since we're building Web-App survey, select the "Web-App survey" option.)
Select pre-designed survey template and click in "Continue with template" or click "Start from scratch".
(Follow the survey creation process. Once your survey is created, you'll be redirected to the survey update page.)
(If you have selected sample, you will get sample questions.)
To add more question, Click on "Add new questions" button on the left sidebar.
(You'll see the list of question types. Click on the question which you want to add.)
Edit the survey question, logic, etc. from the right sidebar. (You can edit the content from preview area.)
If you are done with the survey creation part, Let's design the survey.
Navigate to your survey editing page.
Click on "Design" from the stepper or click on the continue button.
You will see the list of customization on the left sidebar from where you can change colors, font style, backdrop, widget positions, progress bar style, etc.
If you are done with the survey design, Let's configure the environment on which survey will be displayed.
Navigate to your survey editing page.
Click on "Channel" from the stepper or click on the continue button twice.
Select the environment where you want to publish the survey.
Everywhere : To publish the survey on every domain, which you have added in Userlove.
Choose your domain from list : To publish the survey on the selected domains.
Sandbox : To publish the survey on testing domains.
Add domain if you haven't added.
Navigate to your survey editing page.
Click on "Target" from the stepper or click on the continue button three time.
These are the customization from which you can configure survey behavior.
Target Users : Using this option, you can target the specific segments of the users.
Trigger : Using this option, you can decide the page where you want to trigger the survey.
Advance options : Using this section, you can decide that when should survey display and re-trigger.
Navigate to your survey editing page.
Click on "Publish" from the stepper or click on the continue button four time.
Review all your configurations on the left sidebar.
(You might get warning message regarding no domain or script installation.)
Click on the "Publish" button.
